Showing and Introducing The Property •

Launching the marketing plan, communication and adapting to changes in the market. Potential buyers may ask to see your home on short notice. It's best if you can accommodate these requests, you never want to miss a potential sale.

Inspection •

Typically, the buyer will conduct a physical inspection of the property. They may also request certain repairs to be made. We will provide a comprehensive explanation of all your options regarding the inspection process.

There is no obligation for you to commit to anything during our initial meeting. This session will be informative and assist you in determining your next steps.





• Review CMA

We will provide a Comparative Market Analysis, which will help you set an asking price.







• Place it on the Market 

When property launch materials are all in place with an active marketing strategy. We will list your home on the open market. It is essential to make your property as accessible as possible for potential buyers to view.






• Offers and The Negotiation Process

Collect, analyze written offers, and be ready with a back up strategy. We will present the benefits and risks of each offer, complete negotiations and you will have the opportunity to either accept, counter, or decline any offer based on its merits.




• Final Details

When you and the buyer have agreed to all of the terms of the offer and both parties have signed the agreements. While under contract, the buyer will work with their mortgage provider to finalize the loan and perform other due diligence.






• Completion

This is transitioning from the property, final documentation, the transfer of funds and ownership. Depending on when the buyer moves into the home you will need to be all packed up and ready to move.
